The total number of workers returning to work reached 99.15%, equivalent to 88,819/90,064 people. The high rate shows that the labor situation at enterprises is basically stable, without major fluctuations after long holidays.
The remaining businesses are expected to resume operations on the 8th and 9th days of the first lunar month, i.e., on the 24th - 25th. 2. Production preparation work at the beginning of the year has been proactively deployed by units before Tet.
According to the assessment of the trade union organization, most workers well comply with the leave time and return to work on schedule. Some cases of applying for additional leave for personal reasons are considered and resolved by businesses according to regulations.
Mr. Cao Huu Trong Bac - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Lefaso Tra Vinh Industrial Investment and Production Joint Stock Company (Tra Cu commune, Vinh Long province) - said that the company will officially resume operations on the 8th day of the first lunar month.
According to Mr. Bac, the preparation of machinery, raw materials and personnel has been completed. Grassroots trade unions coordinate with businesses to grasp the labor situation and promptly support workers if difficulties arise.
