Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation decided to transfer 46 civil servant positions at 14 district-level Labor Federations under the City Labor Federation to the district Party Committees, district Party Committees and Thuy Nguyen City Party Committees for direct management.
The transfer of civil servant positions is carried out according to Decision No. 1753 - QD/TU dated February 28, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on adjusting the positions of district Party committees, district Party committees, Thuy Nguyen City Party Committee and Hai Phong City Labor Federation in 2025, Regulation No. 1768 - QD/TU dated March 3, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee on decentralization of cadre management...
Previously, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation also transferred the status quo of 389 grassroots unions belonging to 7 industry unions subject to dissolution to the Party Agency Union and the Hai Phong City People's Committee Union, Labor Federations of districts and towns. Of which, 56 grassroots unions with 13,562 union members were transferred to the Hai Phong City People's Committee Trade Union, 25 grassroots unions with 1,278 union members were transferred to the City Party Agency Trade Union; 308 grassroots unions were transferred to the District Labor Federation.
