According to the report, Ha Tinh Trade Union currently directly manages 15 Trade Unions at the grassroots level and 2 affiliated units. The whole province has 1,482 grassroots unions with 71,383 union members. The provincial trade union has 568 Inspection Committees with 2,020 members.

The grassroots Trade Union Inspection Commission conducted 4,951 financial inspections at the same level and 13 inspections at lower levels.
According to the assessment, every year, the Provincial Federation of Labor's Inspection Commission and 100% of trade unions at the grassroots level conduct well the work of financial inspection at the same level immediately after the trade union financial settlement, achieving 100% of the target assigned by the General Confederation; each year, on average, 1,050 grassroots trade unions inspect at the same level (reaching 100% of the target set by the Resolution).
The implementation of Resolution No. 6b of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and Resolution No. 04 of the Provincial Federation of Labor Standing Committee has achieved quite comprehensive results.
Thereby, contributing to raising awareness of compliance with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union; improving the management of financial revenue and expenditure of trade union assets; detecting and preventing violations of the Charter, resolutions, directives and regulations of trade unions; protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and employees.
In addition to the achieved results, inspection activities still have shortcomings such as at some trade unions at the grassroots level and grassroots trade unions, the implementation of inspection work is still limited.
Some officials working in professional inspection, experience, understanding of the law, expertise, and profession of the Trade Union Inspection Committee still have the mindset of being afraid, avoiding, and being afraid of collisions, and being lenient in performing their duties.
The effectiveness of some grassroots trade union inspection committees is still limited, heavy in form, and the quality of inspection is not high; the reporting information regime has not been well implemented.
At the conference, many delegates shared their experiences in the inspection of trade unions in their units. At the same time, it also pointed out some shortcomings, limitations and proposed recommendations that need to be resolved and overcome in the coming time.
