On September 13, at the Conference to summarize 10 years of implementing Resolution 4a/NQ-TLD and review the activities of the Trade Union in the third quarter of 2024, the Standing Committee of the Long An Provincial Federation of Labor mobilized civil servants, public employees, union members, and workers throughout the province to participate in supporting people facing difficulties in areas affected by storms, floods, and natural disasters.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Long An Provincial Federation of Labor calls on cadres, civil servants, union members, and workers in the province to actively participate in supporting, sharing, and providing material and spiritual assistance to people facing difficulties in areas affected by storms, floods, and natural disasters to help people reduce pain and loss, and overcome the consequences caused by natural disasters. Mobilize cadres, civil servants, union members, and workers to support 1 day's salary/income or more.
The time to receive support is from September 13 to October 13, 2024. The amount of donations and support from civil servants, public employees, union members, and workers, the Standing Committee of the Long An Provincial Federation of Labor will synthesize and transfer 80% to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long An Province and 20% to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
The Standing Committee of the Long An Provincial Federation of Labor acknowledges and expresses gratitude for the noble sentiments and kindness of civil servants, public employees, union members and workers in the province and commits to publicly and transparently disclose sources of funding and support through the information page of the Trade Union organization.
Right at the Conference, delegates responded to the campaign of the Standing Committee of the Long An Provincial Federation of Labor by directly contributing tens of millions of Dong.
