At the conference, the Executive Committee listened to the report on Trade Union activities in the first 6 months of 2025, discussed the work program for the last 6 months of the year, and gave opinions on the full-term management documents such as: working regulations, work programs, assignment of tasks, etc.
According to the approved program, from now until the end of the year, the Executive Committee will organize 3 more sessions in August, October and December. In particular, the focus is on developing a plan to organize Trade Union Congresses at all levels, through preparation reports for the Provincial Trade Union Congress and summarizing work in 2025.

Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh - Chairman of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor - said that regarding working regulations, the conference agreed to temporarily approve them according to the principle of democratic centralism, people's clarification, work clarification, promoting individual roles and collective responsibility.
Regarding the temporary working regulations, Mr. Linh added that the Provincial Federation of Labor will issue full-term working regulations when guided by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
According to Mr. Linh, this is the time for a new start with many changes in the organization after the merger. The shaping of regulations, work programs and organization of activities needs to be close to reality, ensuring discipline, but flexible to quickly adapt to the new situation.
"Adjusting to the merger situation and promoting good practices in management and union member development, especially ensuring the care and protection of the legitimate rights and interests of workers", Mr. Linh emphasized.
The conference voted to pass the resolution and assigned the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor to continue completing the contents that have been suggested and implemented in the third quarter of 2025.
