Regarding the payment of pensions and social insurance benefits through personal accounts, social insurance in areas need to seriously implement the preparation, control, and approval of electronic payment orders before the 1st of the payment month to ensure payment time according to the issued schedule:
Coordinate with banking systems to review, compare and authenticate beneficiary information between the database of Vietnam Social Insurance and beneficiary information at banking systems to ensure that the payment of social insurance benefits is accurate, complete, timely, and uninterrupted.
Regarding the payment of pensions and social insurance benefits in cash, social insurance of regions need to coordinate with the provincial and municipal post offices in the area in charge of organizing payment according to the agreed pension and monthly social insurance allowance payment schedule between the regional social insurance agency and the provincial post office.
Signing the appendix to adjust legal information in the Contract for authorization to pay social insurance regimes, unemployment benefits and manage monthly social insurance beneficiaries for the Provincial Post Office according to the area under responsibility.
