On March 17, Ms. Do Thi Hien - Chairwoman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation and the working delegation visited and worked at the Trade Union of Dong A Vina HK Co., Ltd. (Diem Thuy Industrial Park) and the Trade Union of Trinasolar Wafer Co., Ltd. (Vietnam).
At the working session, the delegation focused on grasping contents on the production and business situation of enterprises; labor relations; life, jobs, income of union members and workers and the work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
Through exchanges, businesses reported specifically on production and business activities. At the same time, they reflected the advantages, difficulties and recommendations related to the lives and jobs of workers.
The grassroots trade union organization has also actively implemented many practical activities to care for and support union members and workers.
Speaking at the working session, leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged the efforts of businesses and grassroots trade unions in maintaining stable production, ensuring jobs and income for workers.
Leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation requested businesses to continue to strengthen coordination, build harmonious and stable labor relations. At the same time, pay more attention to the material and spiritual life and ensure security and safety for workers.
