In order to strengthen coordination between agencies and units in caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers, on September 15, Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation had a working session with the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board on coordinating the implementation of key tasks of the trade union organization.
At the meeting, the two sides discussed and exchanged many important contents, focusing on developing and perfecting the Regulations on coordination of activities between Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation and the Industrial Park Management Board.
This will be the basis for improving the effectiveness of directing, managing and supporting grassroots trade unions in enterprises, ensuring that trade union activities are implemented uniformly, synchronously and in accordance with regulations.

The two sides also agreed on the work of directing enterprises to create favorable conditions for grassroots trade unions to organize grassroots trade union congresses, towards the Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.
This is an important political task, contributing to consolidating and perfecting the trade union organization, enhancing the role and position of trade union organizations in enterprises.

Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Chuong Phat - Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation affirmed - the close and effective coordination between Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation and the Industrial Park Management Board is of great significance in protecting the rights of workers; at the same time, supporting businesses to build a harmonious, stable and progressive working environment.

Mr. Do Viet Bach - Head of the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Lao Cai province emphasized: "The Management Board of Industrial Parks always identifies coordination with trade unions as one of the key tasks, which is of great significance to the sustainable development of industrial parks. We will strengthen the direction of businesses to improve social responsibility, ensure the legitimate rights of employees, consider this a key factor to attract investment and develop long-term".
