In recent years, despite facing many difficulties due to world economic fluctuations, with the attention and creation of conditions by Hanoi City and trade union levels, the collective Board of Directors and employees (employees) of the company have always been united, striving to overcome challenges, maintain stable production, and ensure jobs and income for employees.

In the Workers' Month 2026 and the Action Month on OSH, the company was selected by the Hanoi Labor Federation to represent businesses in the area to respond to the theme "Vietnamese Workers: Innovation to improve labor productivity" and "Innovation in management and improvement of OSH work efficiency in the digital age". Notably, one of the company's commitments is to review and improve the OSH management system; build and strengthen a network of occupational safety and health workers; clearly define responsibilities, and improve procedures, regulations, and safety measures for each position and equipment.
