On May 12, the Labor Federation of Ke Sach district (Soc Trang province) held a handover ceremony of the Trade Union Shelter to union member Tran Thi Be of the Trinh Phu Kindergarten Trade Union, Ke Sach district.

Union member Tran Thi Be has a particularly difficult family situation. She has been involved in the education sector for more than 30 years, currently raising her two school-age children alone, while her husband is sick. Previously, the family had to live in a cramped rented house.
Understanding and sharing the housing difficulties of union members, the Soc Trang Provincial Federation of Labor has decided to support 50 million VND from the Trade Union Shelter Fund. This support has helped union member Tran Thi Be's family build a new, spacious and sturdy house.
At the home handover ceremony, Mr. Le Van Den - Vice Chairman of Soc Trang Labor Federation - sent congratulations to the family member Tran Thi Be. He expressed his wish that the new house will become a place of settlement, helping the family overcome the current difficulties and rise in life. This is a meaningful activity, showing the deep concern of the Trade Union organization for the lives of union members and workers in the province.
