As of 9:00 a.m. on December 11, the Vietnam Sports Delegation won a total of 24 medals, including 4 gold medals, 4 silver medals and 16 bronze medals in many different sports.
In which, the gold medals came from the duo Nguyen Thi Huong - Diep Thi Huong (vemale 500m doublescanoeing); mixed martial arts taekwondo team; Tran Hung Nguyen (free swim 200m); Nguyen Van Dung ( iron ball).
In addition, the Vietnam Sports Delegation also won 4 silver medals, respectively from the standard taekwondo doubles competition of Nguyen Thi Kim Ha - Nguyen Trong Phuc; Phung Mui Nhinh in the 52kg category of jujitsu; Vo Thi My Tien (women's 200m butterfly swimming) and the 500m canoeing competition of Vo Duy Thanh - Do Thi Thanh Thao.
The remaining 16 bronze medals are distributed in many sports, showing the expansion of achievements: jujitsu (7), swimming (3) iron balls (3) and canoeing (1), taekwondo (1), maruk (1) chess.
