On October 5, at Tan Huong Industrial Park (Tan Huong commune), the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union in coordination with the leaders of Du Duc Vietnam Co., Ltd. organized the Contest "Lantern Design - Clam Decoration - Artistic Flower Arrangement".
The contest was attended by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan - Head of the Trade Union Department of Industrial Parks under the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Wang Chun Fang - Director of Du Duc Vietnam Co., Ltd.; Mr. Nguyen Van Be Ba - Chairman of the Trade Union of Du Duc Vietnam Co., Ltd., along with over 500 union members, workers and laborers attended and cheered for the contest. This is a practical activity of the Trade Union organization in taking care of union members and workers during the Mid-Autumn Festival and the celebration of Vietnamese Women's Day.
There are nearly 400 union members, workers and laborers divided into 112 teams participating in 3 events (average 3-5 people/team, depending on the event) of the contest.
At the "Lantern Design" contest, 32 teams participated. After 120 minutes of active work, the teams completed the Mid-Autumn Lantern with many colors and styles from traditional to modern, from cube lines to patterns, but focusing on being the traditional image of all ages and national pride...
In the contest "Putting flowers artistically and pouring vegetables and catch" there were 80 participating teams. The teams prepared fresh flowers, decorative materials, flower vases, flower sprayers, shaping tools, pruning scissors and together designed beautiful flower works in color, layout and have many meanings expressing the philosophy of life, work... After that, each team sent members to present their product ideas to the judges.
The C author's footrest competition alone had 16 participating teams. This is a familiar dessert of many people, but at the contest, the teams took advantage of the skills of the main dish, the ingenuity of the hands, the creativity... to maximize the ingredients from fruits, vegetables, eggs... to create a more beautiful, delicious, and meaningful shape for the cau vegetables.
After a day of competition with the spirit of all-enough fun, exchange and learning of 112 participating teams, the Organizing Committee awarded dozens of prizes to teams with beautiful works in shape, color and appeal in presenting the meaning of the work. Specifically, each subject has 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes and 3 Third Prizes.
The contest not only brings many joyful emotions to union members, workers and laborers, but also promotes the emulation movement "Good at business, good at housework"... Thereby, enhancing the spirit of solidarity and sharing experiences and skills between union members and laborers in the company and affirming the practical care role of the Trade Union for union members and laborers.
