Recently, Lao Dong Newspaper has published a series of articles reflecting on the hidden corners of the current electric bicycle and motorbike market. Accordingly, many individuals, organizations, and businesses operating in this field have used many "tricks" to circumvent the law to sell products without invoices and documents, unable to be registered on the market, even with products that have been registered and reinforced, adding components in violation of regulations.
Notable in the route is the case of Takumi Motor Vietnam Co., Ltd., in Pho Noi, Hung Yen.

According to Takumi's own information and employees wearing uniforms (when talking to PV), just a few months ago, this was the place that supplied many unlicensed vehicle products to dealers, even exporting them to many places.
"In Lac Son, Hoa Binh, we just delivered to Son Yen electric car store, both paperless and paperless, just a few days after being on a trip. There is a "hot girl" line here, after I take it for inspection, I will bring it back and install more saddles, because according to regulations, this vehicle can only be installed with 1 saddle for 1 person to sit on," the female employee of Takumi company revealed.

Takumi's factory closed unusually?
Recorded on the afternoon of October 3, according to the reporter's observation, the area previously used to be Takumi Company's factory was locked with left doors.
Unlike the busy production atmosphere last time - when PV came as an import agent, this area was unusually quiet.

The security guard of this unit said: " Takumi still works inside, but if he closes the door, he must be afraid that the group will check him, if he wants to go in, he will go through the side door".
contacting Yen - an employee of this unit who had worked with the reporter before, this person seemed extremely cautious. Yen said that on October 3, the company temporarily closed and did not export goods, customers who wanted to contact her had to contact her through business, not to the factory.
"Today I have work, closed the door, no sales. If you want to buy goods, please contact the business," Yen replied.
Many problems exist during Takumi's production process
During the time the reporter visited the factory of Takumi Motor Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Pho Noi, Hung Yen, many abnormalities in the input and output of the product were revealed by some employees of this company, accordingly, although they have switched to "paper-based vehicles" - that is, electric vehicles with full documents and inspection, the unit's staff still said that some spare parts can be "robable".
"In addition to the chassis, engine, tires and large spare parts that need to be made for official export invoices, small ones such as screws, screws or some other parts can still be imported from China. For vehicles without documents and inspection, sometimes I can use documents that do not meet standards," Takumi's staff revealed.
