On February 6, information from Dong Nai Employment Service Center said that it is forecasted that Dong Nai province will need a total of more than 75,000 workers in 2025.

Labor demand is concentrated in major areas such as Bien Hoa City (18,500 people), Nhon Trach District (17,500 people), Trang Bom District (more than 9,000 people), Long Thanh District (more than 7,600 people)...

Of the need for 75,000 workers, the need for untrained labor is nearly 55,000 people.

In addition, there are 5,680 workers with university degrees or higher, 5,125 with college degrees, 6,259 with intermediate degrees, and 3,632 with technical workers.

Of the need for 75,000 workers, the number of female workers needed is more than 41,700 people.

In 2025, in order to meet the human resources needs of enterprises in Dong Nai province, Dong Nai Employment Service Center will continue to strengthen consulting and job referrals for workers at the center and 5 representative offices in districts, Bien Hoa city, Long Khanh.
