From 2017 to present, Mr. Hung has had 8 initiatives recognized at the grassroots level, 1 initiative recognized as " scope of influence and effectiveness applied in the city" and 1 initiative recognized as "Sphere of influence and effectiveness applied nationwide".
Notably, recently, the project " appliance of mechanical quantum mechanics to fight fluid layering in food processing and environmental protection", implemented by him, has helped save hundreds of millions of VND per year for application units, thanks to reducing processing costs and increasing product value. With the advantage of not using chemicals and low energy consumption, the initiative also contributes to environmental protection.
The proof is that the initiative has been effectively applied at Can Tho City Political School, Can Tho Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy and aquaculture households in Can Tho, Kien Giang...
Not only safe and environmentally friendly, the highlight of this initiative is not the use of mechanical stirring or chemicals, but based on the principle of mechanics and quantum mechanics combined with magnetism - ionization of water - layered flow - mechanical impact to directly affect the solution structure.
During the implementation of the initiative, I had difficulty researching quantum mechanics, because there were not many reference documents. Therefore, I have to both research and experiment, as well as prove the effectiveness through actual measurement data to convince units and businesses to trust the application of new technology" - Mr. Hung said.
3 times received the Creative Labor Certificate
Not only is Mr. Hung enthusiastic about researching, he is also an exemplary union member, always completing his tasks well, actively participating in the movement "Good workers - Creative workers"; scientific and technical innovation competitions; 1 million initiatives program to strive to overcome difficulties, be creative, determined to defeat the COVID-19 pandemic...
With his efforts, his "Department of applying mechanical quantum mechanics to fight fluid layering in food processing and environmental protection" won the First Prize of the 12th Can Tho City Technical Innovation Competition and the First Prize of the 17th National Technical Innovation Competition.
With the works and initiatives he has implemented, contributing to the benefit of the community, Mr. Hung has been honored twice in the Vietnam Creative Golden Book in 2021, 2023 and was honored to receive the Creative Labor Certificate from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in 2020, 2022, 2024.
With the large development space of Can Tho City after the merger, industries and occupations need to apply science and technology more and more, Mr. Hung expressed his hope that he will continue to implement initiatives and solutions to contribute to improving production efficiency, protecting the environment, preserving and developing traditional products. Continue to share experiences with colleagues and young union members, to spread the spirit of creativity throughout the unit and the community, joining hands to build Can Tho City rich and strong.
Can Tho City Labor Federation said that in the period of 2020 - 2025, the city's Trade Unions at all levels have launched the emulation movement "Good workers, Creative workers", mobilizing cadres, union members, workers, and civil servants to register 3,094 emulation works, products and tasks; 56,234 technical innovation topics, solutions, and initiatives with a total value of nearly 1,500 billion VND, estimated to benefit the State of over 46.34 billion VND, contributing to building and developing the local socio-economy.
Mr. Hung's topics and initiatives in particular and for other groups and individuals in all fields in general not only show the potential, intelligence, and creativity of workers, but also demonstrate the spirit of labor in employees. Thereby, contributing to improving production efficiency and work quality at agencies, units and enterprises.
