HUE - Hundreds of key union officials in Hue were informed about the new points of the Social Insurance Law 2024.

On November 8, the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Federation of Labor organized a thematic activity "Law Day" to disseminate new points of the 2024 Social Insurance Law to hundreds of key union officials.

At the meeting, experts presented the outstanding amendments and supplements to the Social Insurance Law 2024, including new regulations on participants, rights and obligations of employees and employers. In particular, the contents related to enhancing employee rights, support policies for female employees and employees in specific industries were also thoroughly explained.

The meeting also provided time for union officials to discuss and share difficulties in the implementation of insurance policies at the grassroots level. Through this, practical difficulties were discussed and resolved, aiming to implement social insurance policies more effectively and transparently.

This activity aims to help union officials grasp the new regulations in the Social Insurance Law, thereby providing timely and appropriate support and advice to employees in units and enterprises.
