Trade Union affirms its role as a bridge between workers and the Party
President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang said that developing party members is a very important content of Party building work in terms of organization.
Creating resources for Party development is the task of the entire political system, from the central to local levels, including the role and responsibility of the trade union organization. Especially developing party members among the workforce and laborers directly involved in production and business. This is a supplementary source, strengthening and ensuring the inheritance and development of the Party; contributing to consolidating the class alliance, strengthening the nature of the working class, improving leadership capacity, ruling capacity and fighting strength of the Party.
Based on the Party's policies and resolutions, in recent years, trade unions at all levels have implemented many solutions to develop the Party among workers and laborers in units and enterprises. Trade unions at all levels have promoted propaganda work, raising awareness among Party committees, cadres, Party members, and workers about the position, role, importance, significance, and benefits of developing the Party in enterprises.
Along with that, focus on consolidating, perfecting, and improving the quality of Party organization activities; innovating and improving the quality of Party activities in a practical direction, in accordance with the actual conditions of each enterprise and unit; raising awareness of business owners about the purpose and significance of establishing a Party organization in enterprises; affirming the establishment of a Party organization in enterprises is to accompany enterprises in mobilizing workers to compete in labor production, comply with labor discipline, and be exemplary in performing tasks, regulations, and regulations of enterprises; do a good job of discovering and training to create a source for developing Party members; promote the role of the Trade Union organization in Party development and continue to educate and train Party members in the environment of the Trade Union organization.
Under the leadership and direction of Party committees at all levels, the Trade Union organization has affirmed its role as a bridge between workers and the Party, through introducing outstanding workers with sufficient qualities, abilities and revolutionary ideals for the Party to consider and admit. At the same time, the trade union focuses on training workers in ethics, labor discipline awareness, solidarity and social responsibility, thereby forming the necessary qualities to become exemplary party members. With the support and assistance of the Trade Union organization, the majority of Party members and workers have made continuous efforts, always promoting the spirit of striving to be worthy of being a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam" - President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor emphasized.
Focus on developing party members among workers
Comrade Nguyen Quang Duong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee highly appreciated the initiative of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to organize a conference to honor 95 outstanding workers who are Party members, including a meaningful activity of organizing a forum "Striving to be worthy of being a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam".
Comrade Nguyen Quang Duong said that the presentations of the delegates were very enthusiastic, profound and practical, thereby highlighting the 3 most important contents: Recognizing the issue of Party admission; the responsibility of directing and leading the Party committees and trade unions at all levels; the attention of enterprises and units. These are all valuable experiences, good deeds.
Referring to the issue of developing the Party among workers, comrade Nguyen Quang Duong said that this is a particularly important force to develop Party members. The role of the working class is very important, so developing party members among workers must be given great attention - comrade Nguyen Quang Duong emphasized.
Comrade Nguyen Quang Duong expressed his hope that in the coming time, he will closely coordinate with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to promote and better implement the Party development work among workers, especially workers in industrial parks and non-state enterprises.
