Developing Party members in enterprises
Mr. Trinh Huu Thanh - Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Transport Trade Union - said that in 2024, the unit introduced many outstanding union members in the enterprise for the Party to consider and recruit.
The process of selecting people to be introduced into the Party is carried out carefully. Only outstanding, responsible members who have completed their assigned tasks well are introduced and admitted.
According to Mr. Thanh, developing Party members in enterprises is a very important task. Thereby, improving the quality of trade union organizations, protecting workers' rights and promoting the overall development of enterprises.
Being introduced and admitted to the Party in 2024 by the competent authority, Ms. Doan Thi Dai Trang - a member of Thanh Luan Company Limited - could not hide her pride.
Ms. Trang shared: "After being admitted to the Party, I will continuously practice and learn, thereby contributing to building a strong grassroots Party organization, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers."
In 2024, the Party Delegation and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor have well implemented the policy of superiors on building Party and mass organizations in enterprises.
From there, many outstanding union members were introduced to the Party Committee for consideration and training. In 2024, the provincial unions at all levels introduced 2,391 outstanding union members to the Party Committee, reaching 134% of the assigned target.
A total of 1,196 members were admitted to the Party. Thereby, contributing significantly to creating a premise for building and developing Party organizations in enterprises.
Better care for workers
Mr. Le Van Thanh - Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation - commented: "Developing Party members in the union will help create cohesion between the two organizations. Thereby, promoting the effectiveness of implementing the Party's guidelines and policies in enterprises".
Mr. Thanh said that Party members who perform well in the trade union function can be a bridge to help convey the Party's decisions to workers and vice versa. They will better implement activities to care for workers and contribute to promoting the development of enterprises.
According to Mr. Thanh, with political courage and experience, Party members in the union will be able to resolve conflicts that arise. From there, they can build reasonable labor regulations in enterprises, creating a fair and healthy working environment.
In 2025, trade unions at all levels in the province will strive to introduce at least 1,850 outstanding union members for the Party to consider and recruit.
"To achieve this goal, trade unions at all levels need to focus on developing Party members. Grassroots trade union officials need to constantly improve their qualifications and political capacity to meet the requirements of assigned tasks," Mr. Thanh added.
