Every day I work about 12 hours and mainly register for night shifts, from 6 pm to 6 am the next morning. As for young people, they have to try, work overtime a lot to have money to accumulate.
What I hope most is that the basic income of workers will be improved so that they do not have to depend too much on overtime to cover their lives and have savings.
I also hope that businesses will have more policies of rewarding according to productivity, rewarding diligence, rewarding initiatives or supporting living expenses so that workers have more income. If the salary reflects the effort put in, workers will be more assured and stick with it for a longer time.
On the side of the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee, I hope there will be more programs to support union members such as discounts on essential goods, housing support, bus tickets home, periodic health check-ups, legal advice and activities to care for life. These programs, although not directly increasing wages, help us reduce costs, thereby improving actual income.

I hope that the company and the Executive Committee of the Trade Union will continue to pay more attention to the material and spiritual life of employees; have better salary and bonus policies, commensurate with productivity and work efficiency.
In addition, I hope that workers will be given conditions to participate in training classes to improve their skills, improve the working environment, take care of meals more and organize more cultural, artistic, and sports activities. At the same time, businesses need to have mechanisms to encourage and motivate initiatives and creativity in labor production so that workers have more opportunities to increase their income.
On the side of the Trade Unions at all levels, I hope the Trade Union organization will regularly listen to and absorb the opinions of workers, promptly reflect to the business leadership and the upper-level Trade Union to better ensure the legitimate rights and interests of workers. When workers are cared for and feel secure in their commitment, they will have more motivation to improve labor productivity and accompany the sustainable development of the enterprise.

I hope that businesses and trade unions will regularly organize training classes, skills training classes as well as skills improvement contests so that workers have more opportunities to learn and improve themselves.
In my opinion, skills are the foundation to help workers improve productivity, create more value and thereby have the opportunity to receive increased salaries and bonuses. When we have good expertise, if we need to change jobs later, we will also be more confident and easily find jobs with better income.
I also hope that businesses will have more mechanisms to evaluate and pay salaries based on capacity and skills, creating motivation for workers to constantly learn and strive.
For the Trade Union organization, I hope there will be more programs accompanying union members such as vocational training support, connecting free training courses, skills development counseling, caring for life and organizing many welfare programs for union members.
These activities not only help reduce the burden of spending but also create more motivation for workers to feel secure at work, increase income and be attached to the business for a long time.
