On this occasion, the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded a Certificate of Merit to a grassroots trade union under the District Labor Federation, and a Certificate of Merit to an individual for outstanding achievements; the Executive Committee of the District Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to many grassroots trade unions, cadres, and employees with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers" and trade union activities in 2025.
The festival is a practical activity to create conditions for employees in the district to have the opportunity to meet, exchange, learn experiences, contribute to creating motivation for emulation in labor, production, and good completion of assigned tasks.
