On the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, based on the Guidelines of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, trade unions at all levels coordinate with heads of units and employers to organize "Union Meals" at grassroots trade unions.
In July 2025, according to reports from units, 2,332 grassroots unions coordinated with professionals to organize "Union Meals". The program will be held until September 2, 2025. This is a practical activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (19.8), National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (2.9), 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (28.7), demonstrating the role of the Trade Union organization in negotiating and dialogue with employers to directly care for employees, contributing to creating an atmosphere of connection between employees and employers and the Trade Union organization.
Trade unions at all levels focus on implementing the Peak Month for developing union members, establishing grassroots unions, and introducing outstanding union members to the Party for consideration of training and admission. As a result, in July 2025, trade unions at all levels established 70 new grassroots trade unions, developing 16,584 union members; introducing 2,484 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration of training and admission.

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27,4747 - July 27, 2025), promoting the tradition of "remembering the source of water when drinking water", "repaying gratitude", trade unions at all levels organized activities to pay tribute to war invalids and martyrs, families of policy beneficiaries, people with meritorious services to the revolution... The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor organized a delegation to visit, give gifts to war invalids and sick soldiers being treated, care for them, and nurture them at Duy Tien War Invalids Nursing Center (Ninh Binh province); presented 136 million VND to war invalids, seriously ill soldiers, relatives of martyrs and the collective of cadres, civil servants and employees of the Center.
