Accordingly, the unit has actively promoted Workers' Month in conjunction with the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday; the 136th anniversary of International Labor Day; the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day in many diverse and rich forms.

As a result, grassroots trade unions (CDCS) have organized 48 propaganda sessions, with 3,500 participants; hung 48 banners and slogans at agencies and units. The industry trade union and grassroots trade unions paid attention to and supported 138 union members, with a total amount of 41 million VND; presented gifts to 16 union members who had work-related accidents and were in difficult circumstances with 16 million VND; coordinated with Southeast Asia International General Hospital Joint Stock Company to organize free health check-ups for 168 union members and relatives, with a profit value of 252 million VND.

The industry union organized a voluntary blood donation program in response to "All People's Voluntary Blood Donation Day 7.4", mobilizing more than 250 employees to participate in voluntary blood donation and receiving 223 units of blood. The unit mobilized 100% of grassroots unions to contribute VND 282.3 million to the Trade Union Shelter Fund; considered supporting the construction of 4 houses for union members in difficult circumstances; considered rewarding 5 collectives with outstanding achievements in implementing the Program.
At the same time, organize the commendation and reward of 5 collectives and 15 typical advanced individuals in the emulation movement "Good workers, Creative workers" in the period of 2020-2025; Considering the introduction of 3 typical creative products sent to participate in the "Creative Labor Festival 2025" organized by the General Confederation; Decision to recognize 11 works, models, and practical jobs.

The Traditional Badminton Open among Employees organized by the Industry Union brings together more than 200 athletes from 46 affiliated trade unions and 9 invited units.
The unit also organized 2 training courses on electrical safety and fire prevention and fighting for 230 employees; coordinated with the Trade Unions to organize 3 training courses on writing union work initiatives for 230 employees; launched a peak period of union member admission for the "May Union Membership" and "Introducing outstanding union members to the Party".
As a result, the grassroots trade unions admitted 9 union members; introduced 22 outstanding union members to the Party, admitted 15 party members. The total number of existing grassroots trade unions is 46 with 3,412 union members.
