Attending the Conference were representatives of the Provincial Party Committee for Propaganda and Communications, the Standing Committee of the provincial Labor Confederation, the former chairman, vice president, member of the retired provincial Standing Committee Standing Committee, Member of the Executive Committee of the provincial Labor Federation, the President of the superior trade union directly at the grassroots level, the leaders of the provincial Labor Confederation committees, the President of the grassroots trade union.
At the conference, many opinions proposed promoting the development of party members among the working class, considering this a strategic task to strengthen the leadership role of the Party in the working class.
Delegates expressed concern about the widespread situation of counterfeit, fake and poor quality goods, directly affecting the health and lives of people, especially workers; suggested that in the coming time, the authorities should strengthen inspections and resolutely handle violations.
The delegate recommended that there should be fundamental solutions to overcome shortcomings in the health system, from the quality of medical examination and treatment, drug prices, to medical equipment, to protect the health of people in general and workers in particular effectively and sustainably.
Along with that are solutions to improve the material and spiritual life of workers in the new context; propose mechanisms and policies to improve the quality of human resources, ensure social security, especially for workers in enterprises and industrial parks.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Huynh Thi Tuyet Vui - President of the Provincial Federation of Labor acknowledged the enthusiastic and responsible opinions of the delegates.
Ms. Vui affirmed that the provincial Labor Federation will fully absorb the contents of suggestions, summarize the report to the competent authority, propose additional to the draft document of the Party's XIV Congress of practical issues, close to the life of union members, local workers, demonstrating the high sense of responsibility of trade union organizations, contributing to the increasing party building.
