Previously, the family lived in an old proximang-roofed house. Every time it rains, the house leaks and the bricks break down. With the attention of the Trade Union at all levels, Ms. Ngoc's family is determined to build a new house on the land they are living on in Noi An residential group, Chuong My ward.

The Trade Union Shelter was built in March 2025, and will be completed and put into use in June 2025, replacing the previous seriously degraded house.
