On the morning of May 20, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor held a conference to deploy the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union (term XIII) in the Northern region. The XIII Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union consists of 11 chapters with 45 articles, an increase of 10 articles compared to the XII Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union. Speaking at the conference, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Xuan Hung emphasized that the Charter of Vietnam Trade Union is an important document, regulating the principles of organization and operation of Vietnam Trade Union organizations. Therefore, the serious, synchronous and effective implementation of the Charter is the responsibility of all trade unions at all levels nationwide.

Each trade union official, especially key officials at all levels, should clearly identify that the implementation of the Charter is an important political task, which is the step of concretizing the innovation spirit of the XIII Congress of Vietnam Trade Union.
