On the afternoon of May 30, Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and a working delegation visited and worked with businesses and presented gifts to union members and workers in Hung Yen province on the occasion of Workers' Month 2026.
At Foremart Vietnam Co., Ltd. (An Thi commune), the working delegation presented 30 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances working at the enterprise.
On behalf of the workers, Mr. Doan Trung Dong - Chairman of the grassroots trade union of Foremart Vietnam Co., Ltd. expressed his gratitude to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Hung Yen Provincial Labor Federation for always caring and accompanying union members and workers.

According to Mr. Dong, the gifts are not only of material significance but also a great source of spiritual encouragement for workers.
Leaving the business, the delegation visited, encouraged and presented gifts under the program "Gifts from the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress" to two members of Foremart Vietnam Co., Ltd. who are in particularly difficult circumstances and are being treated for a serious illness.
At the family of Ms. Hoang Thi Huong (Danh Xa village, Nguyen Trai commune), Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu kindly inquired about the health and life of the family.

Ms. Huong's husband worked as a construction worker and died suddenly due to a stroke in 2018, leaving her with the responsibility of raising two children of school age. Currently, she lives with her mother-in-law who has colon cancer, while she herself is also being treated for thyroid tumors with radiation therapy.
Receiving a gift from the Trade Union organization, Ms. Huong could not hide her emotion. She said that her family's life is facing many difficulties but always receives the attention of the Trade Union and the business.
At the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha in Ninh Thon village (Nguyen Trai commune), the working delegation also spent time visiting and encouraging female workers who are being treated for cervical cancer. Ms. Ha is from Lai Chau, followed her husband to Hung Yen to start a business.

After many years of hard work, the couple just saved up to build a small house and were diagnosed with the disease from 2025. Currently, she regularly has radiation therapy, her health has declined, while her husband, a freelancer, has to quit his job many times to take care of his wife and two young children.
Moved by the concern of the working delegation, Ms. Ha choked up and shared: "Over the past time, the cost of treatment has put a lot of pressure on my family. The eldest child just finished 10th grade, asked to work part-time to help his mother with money for treatment.

The words of encouragement and gifts from the program'Gifts from the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress' today are a great source of motivation to help me try to overcome illness.
Next, the working delegation went to Phu Sinh Garment Co., Ltd. (Hong Quang commune) to present 30 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

During the working program in Hung Yen, the delegation presented a total of 60 gifts to workers at two enterprises and many meaningful gifts from the "Gifts from the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress" Program.

The gifts not only carry material value but also show the concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization with union members and workers, adding motivation for them to overcome difficulties and rise up in life.
