* Ms. Duong Thi Ngoc Anh - expert of the Hanoi City Labor Federation's Trade Union Working Committee: At the 1st Congress of the City Labor Federation's Trade Union Working Committee, term 2025 - 2030, the general goal set out is "Promoting the tradition of solidarity, democracy, innovation and creativity, continuing to improve the leadership capacity and fighting spirit of the Party cell, building a team of cadres and Party members with capacity and qualifications, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility, successfully performing the political tasks of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee of Hanoi, building a strong Capital Trade Union organization, building a civilized, civilized and modern capital with the whole country entering the "New era - the era of strong development, prosperous development of the nation of Vietnam".
As a Party member, I have great confidence in the leadership of the Party. In reality, under the leadership of the Party, the Trade Unions at all levels have performed well the role of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights of union members and workers as well as propagating, disseminating and educating legal policies for union members and workers. I hope that in the coming time, the Party will pay attention to personnel work, synchronously deploy planning, training and fostering the team of Party cadres, especially young cadres and female cadres. Internal political protection work is focused on, not allowing serious violations to occur that affect the reputation of the Party organization. In particular, it is necessary to focus on Party development among young workers.
* Mr. Phan Thanh Hai - Chairman of the Trade Union of Meiko Vietnam Co., Ltd.: As a grassroots trade union official, my biggest wish and also my expectation is that the Party will continue to lead the work of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers. In particular, trade union leaders at all levels continue to comprehensively and practically implement programs and models to effectively care for union members and workers such as the Tet Sum Vay program, Workers' Month, etc. In particular, directing that the content of accommodation for workers continues to be a priority, associated with promoting the construction and development of trade union institutions in industrial parks and export processing zones.
For the Trade Union organization, I hope the Party will continue to lead the Trade Union actively coordinate with ministries and branches to participate in developing laws and policies directly related to workers, focusing on laws related to workers' rights. At the same time, strengthen social criticism, supervise the implementation of policies at the grassroots level, recommend improving policies on minimum wages, working hours, rest, quality of shift meals, working conditions, etc. In addition, leaders at all levels of trade unions should strengthen the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations, promote dialogue at the workplace, improve the quality of negotiation, signing and implementation of collective labor agreements, and ensure more and more favorable agreements for workers.
