To ensure that “All union members and workers have Tet”, including the nursing staff in kindergartens, the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation recommends that the Labor Federations of districts, towns, and the Hanoi Education Trade Union, when implementing the plan to care for the Lunar New Year of At Ty, pay attention to and give gifts to union members and workers who are nursing staff working in kindergartens in Hanoi. This activity not only aims to fulfill the functions and tasks of the Trade Union organization but also shows deep concern for union members and workers with low incomes and facing many difficulties.
The City Labor Federation's request for the Labor Federations of districts, towns, and cities, and the Hanoi Education Trade Union to pay attention to and give gifts to union members and workers who are caregivers working at preschools in Hanoi on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025 shows innovation in caring for union members and workers.
This innovation is based on the actual needs of union members and workers. Activities to care for union members and workers under the motto of ensuring "All union members and workers have Tet" are aimed at all union members and workers. However, given the specific nature of the profession and the working position of caregivers in preschools, the Hanoi City Labor Federation has paid special attention and directed all levels of the Trade Union and related trade unions to pay attention.
This activity is also carried out to implement Program No. 10/CTr-LDLD dated April 15, 2024 of the Hanoi City Labor Federation on "Improving the quality of representation, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; promoting dialogue, negotiation and signing of Collective Labor Agreements for the period 2023 - 2028"; Plan No. 67/KH-LDLD dated October 29, 2024 of the Hanoi City Labor Federation on organizing activities to care for union members and workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025.
