Female workers actively contribute to trade union organizations

Ms. H'Chuyen Nie has worked for 10 years at Team 2, Cuor Dang Farm, Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company Branch.

Since 2021, she has been assigned to manage and take care of a 3-hectare basic rubber garden. Thanks to her experience and solid knowledge, the garden she is in charge of always achieves grade A.

Sharing about her work, Ms. H'Chuyen said that in 2023, she attended a basic training course on rubber care and exploitation. After improving her expertise, she applied the knowledge she learned into practice, bringing good results.

"The initiative "Applying 4 basic construction techniques" is essentially a synthesis of the experiences I have accumulated during my work," Ms. H'Chuyen added.

According to Ms. H'Chuyen, in order for a rubber garden to grow well, in addition to skills and knowledge, the caretaker needs to have passion. Rubber plantation workers sometimes spend more time in the garden than with their families.

In particular, the time to plant a new crop is the most difficult, requiring close monitoring to have a suitable care plan.

Mr. Nguyen Tran Quang Huy, Director of Cuor Dang Farm Branch, commented that the farm currently has more than 160 direct workers. Among them, Ms. H'Chuyen is one of the most energetic and efficient workers.

"Ms. H'Chuyen's initiative helps improve the quality of rubber trees. For many years, Ms. H'Chuyen has always completed her tasks excellently and achieved the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level," said Mr. Nguyen Tran Quang Huy.

Actively contribute to union activities

Ms. H'Chuyen Nie is a member of the Executive Committee of the Cuor Dang Farm's grassroots union (under the Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company's grassroots union). Over the years, she has closely coordinated with the company's grassroots union to organize welfare activities for union members at the farm.

Ms. H'Chuyen Nie was admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam in 2018. As a Party member, Ms. H'Chuyen also actively disseminates the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws to grassroots union members.

Many times, she directly propagated and clarified the plots and tricks of hostile forces, thereby encouraging workers not to listen to bad guys, contributing to maintaining the great national unity bloc.

Thanks to these efforts, labor relations at Cuor Dang Farm are always stable, and the lives of workers, especially ethnic minorities, are increasingly improved.

In July 2023, Ms. H'Chuyen was honored to represent workers of Dak Lak province to attend the "Workers 2023" Forum organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in coordination with the Office of the National Assembly.

Sharing her passion, Ms. H'Chuyen expressed her desire to contribute to improving the material and spiritual life of local ethnic minority workers.

"I hope my children will be fully educated, stay away from social evils, thereby contributing to the development of the unit, company and locality," Ms. H'Chuyen shared.
