Mr. Nguyen Tan Dat (born in 1985) has had more than 17 years with Domesco Medical Import Export Joint Stock Company, Dong Thap Province. Since 2022, he has achieved the leader of the office assigned from the mechanical position to the factory maintenance. Despite being a "left -handed job" but in the new environment, Mr. Dat is like "fish meets" when there are many outstanding initiatives that benefit the company.
Typically, in August, 2022, during the production process, the factory had a problem because the dietary bag product was enlarged, Mr. Dat took the initiative to research and learn from the experience from domestic and Korean friends. Realizing that the main reason for the product is not as beautiful as expected is due to the irregular shake funnel of the device, he has proposed to be repaired. Up to now, the device has produced beautiful products, praised by many people.
Most recently, at the end of 2024, Mr. Dat and his associates succeeded to replace the electronic switch to help a device work normally. The incident was only 1 day by Mr. Dat's group to repair, thereby saving costs for the company and labor waiting.
“I have a reference to the supplier, if ordering it takes 15 days to come to Vietnam, the cost is high, while the amount of product needs a huge packaging workers. By that pressure, we worked hard from early morning to about 21h is completed.
We are happy as the season when the machine runs back, all fatigue disappears. That is why I understand that, when falling into difficult circumstances, if really determined, effort, we can turn things impossible to be possible ” - Mr. Dat said.
In addition to the two favorite initiatives, in recent years, Mr. Dat has also been commended and rewarded by Domesco Medical Import -Export Joint Stock Company in a number of other initiatives, such as: Improving raising the capacity of the sample shake machine from 4.2 liters /batch up to 17.5 liters/batch to shorten the time of propagation and increase mushroom production; Designing a washing machine in the production of cordyceps, shortening 1/2 of the box cleaning time contributes to increasing labor productivity ...
Constantly learning
There was a lot of success at work, but Dat also admitted that, at some point himself seemed to sag, the pressure weighed on his shoulders, not to mention the family burden. However, thanks to the encouragement of the leaders of the Division, the Party Committee of the Company, the grassroots trade union, he overcame difficulties, confident and dedicated.
“My criteria when entering the factory is how to reduce production costs and help the quality of equipment products increase. Therefore, I constantly learn from my brothers and sisters first, the children come later, even in addition to books, there are social networks. Hopefully, young people also constantly study and train to contribute to the company, which is also an opportunity to explore their own limits ” - Mr. Dat added.
Ms. Ho Thi Kim Huong - Chairman of Trade Union of Domesco Medical Import Export Joint Stock Company - Information, over many years of working, Mr. Dat has always been a typical worker and employee of the company. For many years, male workers have always achieved emulation soldiers, excellent union members, excellent party members.

Looking at the spirit of work and the lifestyle of Mr. Dat, the grassroots trade union often proposed the Board of Directors in the care of workers, thereby helping workers have more motivation and conditions to work better ”.
With the achievements over the years, workers Nguyen Tan Dat has been nominated by the Dong Thap Labor Federation for the list of selection selected to praise "Typical workers are members of the first Communist Party of Vietnam in 2025".
