On the afternoon of March 6, the grassroots trade union (CĐCS) of Cua Y - A Chau Engineering Co., Ltd. (Tan Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City) organized a buffet party and gave gifts to female workers on the occasion of International Women's Day March 8.
At the program, Ms. Le Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union shared about the business operations and the world context. According to Ms. Le Thi Huong, the company is still facing many difficulties and challenges due to the complex world situation. However, the Trade Union still proposed and was agreed by the company to implement not cutting labor, maintaining jobs and stable income for workers.
At the same time, the company continues to work with the grassroots trade union to maintain the organization of welfare programs for union members, especially for female workers. On International Women's Day, the grassroots trade union and the company organized a buffet party, presented female workers with roses and 200,000 VND, and male workers were also given 100,000 VND.

In life, women always suffer more hardship. At home, women must fulfill the role of wives and mothers taking care of the family. At the factory, women also strive to complete hard and arduous tasks. Even in harsh environments, female workers still shine. Therefore, March 8th is an opportunity for the company to express gratitude and honor female workers working in the factory. Wishing sisters always fulfill their roles and always shine anywhere" - Ms. Le Thi Huong shared.
Ms. Le Thi Huong also suggested that male workers share and support female workers in their work. On the side of the grassroots trade union and the company, they will continue to strive to maintain the most active care and support policies for female workers.
