On December 17, the Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Trade Union Vietsovpetro said that the unit had successfully organized the 2026 Workers' Conference. The conference was held in the context of Vietsovpetro successfully completing production and business targets in 2025, maintaining financial efficiency and ensuring stable life, employment and income for workers in conditions of many unfavorable fluctuations.
In 2025, the average income of Vietsovpetro staff will remain stable, equivalent to 2024, in the context that many businesses have to adjust. According to Vietsovpetro Trade Union, the Workers' Conference is not only an opportunity to summarize and look back on the implementation of policies and regimes for workers in the past year, but also an important forum to listen, dialogue, share and agree on solutions to better care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers in the coming time.
