On October 26, the Chau Pha Commune Trade Union (HCMC) successfully organized the 1st Commune Trade Union Delegation Conference, term 2025-2030, with the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development".
The conference was attended by guest delegates representing the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation; leaders of Chau Pha commune and 50 official delegates representing 27 grassroots unions with 4,369 union members in the area.
Since its establishment, the Chau Pha Commune Trade Union has implemented well the work of organizing the apparatus; caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers in Chau Pha Commune and Tan Hai Ward.
In particular, the work of propaganda, education, communication, and digital transformation of trade unions has been strongly implemented with many remarkable results such as: building Fanpages and Youtube titled "Chau Pha Commune Trade Union" to enhance connections with union members and workers; building and issuing free courses " application of AI in trade union work"; issuing the project "Artificial Assistant" using AI artificial intelligence for office work, legal consulting and personal issues...
During the 2025 - 2030 term, Chau Pha Commune Trade Union has identified the targets to strive for, the main tasks and solutions. At the same time, develop an action program to successfully implement the goals and tasks of the workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities for the 2025-2030 term; make an important contribution to the sustainable development of Chau Pha commune, Tan Hai ward.
The conference also announced decisions on personnel, launching the Executive Committee of the Commune Trade Union, in which Mr. Cao Huynh Tan Nghia is Chairman; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tho is Vice Chairman of the Chau Pha Commune Trade Union, term I, 2025-2030.
