On December 8, 2025, at the 20th Nghe An Trade Union Congress, the 20th Executive Committee was launched and took up its duties after completing the election work.
Previously, on December 7, the 20th Nghe An Trade Union Congress elected the 20th Executive Committee consisting of 29 members and held the first conference to perfect personnel, ensuring smooth leadership from the beginning of the term.
At the conference, the Executive Committee elected 9 members to the Standing Committee and 4 members to the Standing Committee. Mr. Kha Van Tam, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, term XIX, continued to be elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, term XX.

Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong and Mr. Cao Nguyen Hung will continue to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, term XX. Ms. Phan Thi Trang, member of the Standing Committee of the 19th term, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee, was elected to hold the position of Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation, term XX.
The conference also elected 8 members of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, term XX.
Immediately after its launch, the new Executive Committee took up its duties before the congress. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Kha Van Tam expressed his gratitude for the congress's trust, affirming that this is an honor but also a great responsibility. On behalf of the new leadership, the Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor emphasized the determination to continue to innovate, unite, be creative, promote the results of the previous term and overcome limitations, and soon bring the congress resolution into life.
Chairman of Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor Kha Van Tam hopes to continue to receive the leadership of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; the coordination of the government, departments, branches, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and especially the support of cadres, union members, civil servants and workers in the whole province.
