On the afternoon of August 27, a working delegation of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union led by Mr. Do Duc Hung - Chairman of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union visited and encouraged cadres and employees (CBCNV) who are trying to fix the power grid problem after storm No. 5 (Kajiki).
On this occasion, the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union presented 100 million VND to support Ha Tinh Power Company (PC Ha Tinh) and 50 million VND to encourage units of the Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC).
At the scene, the working group visited the Cam Xuyen Power Management Team (under PC Ha Tinh), and met and encouraged the shock teams from PC Hue and PC Binh Dinh (under EVNCPC) that are supporting PC Ha Tinh to fix the power grid problem after the storm.
Speaking at the gift-giving ceremony, Chairman of Vietnam Electricity Trade Union Do Duc Hung acknowledged the sense of responsibility and the tireless commitment to hard work of PC Ha Tinh employees and members of the shock team.
At the same time, they expressed their hope that the Company's employees as well as the units would continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, discipline, and urgently restore power supply to serve the people and socio-economic activities in the area.
The timely attention and sharing of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union is a great source of encouragement, adding strength for employees in the Electricity industry to firmly overcome difficulties, while spreading the beauty of the culture of solidarity - mutual love of the Vietnam Electricity industry.
Currently, PC Ha Tinh and supporting units are urgently handling power grid problems, making efforts day and night to restore power supply to customers. It is expected that all customers affected by the storm will be supplied with electricity again before August 29, 2025.
