The contest with the message "Hai Phong workers, mid-morning exercise - improving health - increasing labor productivity" is organized for all trade union members and workers working at units and businesses in the city. On the background music of the song "My Hometown Port" built by the City Labor Federation, units and businesses self-directed and performed the mid-morning exercise.
The number of union members and workers participating in the mid-hour physical exercise performance is at least 50 union members and workers in the same unit or business, the duration of each performance is 5-7 minutes (including the time to arrange the team).
The contest was launched from March 26, organizing a competition into the program of the Launching Ceremony of Workers' Month 2026, expected on April 25. The prize structure includes 1 First Prize: 20,000,000 VND; 3 Second Prizes: 15,000 VND/prize; 5 Third Prizes: 10,000 VND/prize and 20 Consolation Prizes: 5,000 VND/prize.
The contest is an activity to celebrate the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress for the term 2026-2031; celebrate the 140th anniversary of International Labor Day May 1st; respond to Workers' Month 2026 and the Red Flamboyant Flower Festival - Hai Phong 2026.
This activity also contributes to affirming the position and role of the city's Trade Union levels in caring for, taking care of, and improving the spiritual and cultural life and health of union members and workers, contributing to building grassroots cultural life and successfully completing all tasks of units and businesses.
