According to the guidance of the VGCL on the organization of the "Innovative Labor Festival in 2025" signed by the Standing Vice Chairman of the VGCL, Thai Thu Xuong on April 14, the organization of the "Innovative Labor Festival in 2025" at all levels of colleges in order to create new motivation, new atmosphere, new effort, new determination in the team of union members and employees; Promoting the role of Vietnam Trade Union organization accompanying the Government to improve the national competitiveness and sustainable development of the country; Continuing to promote and promote the emulation movement "Good labor", "Creative labor", promoting innovations and technical improvements, making an important contribution to socio -economic development in 2025 and subsequent years.
This activity also aims to raise awareness among union members and employees so that creative work becomes a regular job for each individual, becoming a widespread movement in each agency, unit, and enterprise in all economic sectors.
Through the "Creative Labor Festival 2025", it discovers, fosters and honors the great contributions of the workforce with initiatives, technical improvements, quality solutions, effective application into practice, with great value for agencies, units, enterprises and the country. Select and honor outstanding initiatives, improvements, technical solutions, outstanding creative products, representing the bravery and intelligence of Vietnamese labor.
Many activities will be organized to suit the unit
The important thing is that it is practical, attracting union members, employees and truly focusing on the grassroots, "Creative Labor Day 2025" will organize many activities suitable to the reality of the industry, locality, unit, and enterprise.
Including: exhibition "Creative journey - aspiration to reach out"; Presentation contest "The idea of creative development of the country" and the skilled contest; The program of meeting, exchanges and dialogues between leaders of committees, authorities, businesses and union members and employees; Organizing to honor union members and employees with outstanding achievements in creative labor, creating spread for the whole society; Establishing innovative clubs or other forms to connect members of localities, branches, units and businesses with many creative ideas, innovations, environment and conditions for meeting, exchanging and operating regularly.
Creative Labor Day 2025 has truly become a festival for union members and employees because the participants are authors or groups of authors who are workers, engineers, civil servants, public employees, and employees working at agencies, units, and enterprises - where there are trade unions.
The participating products are initiatives and technical solutions that have been applied, bringing practical results in increasing productivity, product quality, improving the quality and efficiency of work and management under agencies and enterprises in all fields. Initiatives, solutions, and topics participating in the selection in the "Creative Labor Festival" must be products recognized by competent authorities and applied in practice in the period of 2023-2025.
