On April 2, the Quang Binh Provincial Party Trade Union held a conference to deploy trade union activities in the second quarter of 2025 and award prizes for the photo contest "Traditional Ao Dai Beauty among Female Cadres, Union Members and Workers in Quang Binh Province".
At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Bloc Trade Union awarded prizes to collectives and individuals with achievements in the Ao Dai photo contest. In the collective category, there are 1 A prize, 2 B prizes, 2 C prizes and 2 consolation prizes; the individual category includes 1 A prize, 3 B prizes and 4 C prizes.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Phan Manh Hung - Chairman of the Provincial Party Trade Union - said that the transfer of grassroots trade unions to the Party Trade Union is a step to implement the spirit of Resolution 18 of the Central Executive Committee on streamlining the apparatus and operating effectively and efficiently.
Despite initial difficulties, this is also an opportunity for grassroots unions to exchange, learn and coordinate to effectively implement union activities.
In the first quarter, although newly established, the Block Trade Union received and grasped the operational situation from the handed-over units. Many grassroots trade unions have organized activities to care for union members and workers, coordinated the organization of conferences for civil servants, launched emulation and especially successfully implemented Ao Dai photo contests to attract a large number of female cadres and union members to participate.
In the second quarter of 2025, the union of blocks set out 10 key tasks: consolidating the organization and regulations of the operation of new grassroots grassroots levels; take care of union members in difficult circumstances in the month of workers and the month of action on OSH; deploy the movement "Each grassroots college - an activity of eliminating temporary houses, dilapidated houses"; Organize monthly action activities for children; Preliminary review of the first 6 months and participating in the provincial Cultural and Cultural Festival is expected to be held in May.
The Standing Committee of the Trade Union of the Bloc will continue to take advantage of the direction of the Provincial Federation of Labor, while closely monitoring the situation of each grassroots trade union to promptly guide and support the implementation of practical and effective activities.
