Seshin VN 2 Co., Ltd. is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise specializing in garment production. This unit is creating regular jobs for 1,198 local and neighboring workers, with an average income of over 7 million VND/person/month, 100% of workers are trade union members.

Similarly, at Chung Jye Tuyen Quang - Vietnam Footwear Production Co., Ltd., this enterprise currently has over 5,750 union members and employees working at 3 branches in the area. Ensuring legitimate rights for employees is also a factor promoting sustainable development.

Trade union organizations actively promote the effective role of connecting workers and employers, contributing to building harmonious and progressive labor relations, towards the sustainable development of enterprises.
A report by the Department of Finance of Tuyen Quang province shows that by the beginning of 2026, there are 26 FDI projects of 24 enterprises with 100% foreign investment capital, with a total registered capital of more than 7,000 billion VND. Many projects have been put into operation, creating jobs for tens of thousands of local workers.
In the context of investment attraction and industrial infrastructure development in Tuyen Quang province being promoted, improving the effectiveness of performing the task of representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers becomes even more important.
At the 1st Trade Union Congress of Tuyen Quang province, term 2025-2030, it was determined that in the coming period, focus on developing grassroots trade unions, building comprehensively strong organizations, improving dialogue capacity and representing and protecting workers' rights.
The focus is on consolidating the quality of operations, orienting towards workers; developing union members; improving the bravery of trade union officials in enterprises. At the same time, promoting the development of union members, establishing grassroots trade unions in enterprises, especially the non-state sector, ensuring substance.
