Solidarity and creativity to carry out all set tasks well
The CIC Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term operates in the context of many fluctuations and challenges such as the prolonged CIVI-19 epidemic, political tensions-global economy, inflation pressure increases, strongly affecting the economy and industry activities. However, under the close leadership of the Party Personnel Committee, the Standing Committee of the State Bank Party Committee, the Party Committee of the Central SBV, with the solidarity and high determination of the Party members and employees (employees) CIC, key political tasks are successfully completed.
In the 2020-2025 term, the CIC Party Committee has promoted its comprehensive leadership role in all aspects of work, especially in political and ideological education, building revolutionary ethics, and improving the quality of cadres and party members.
As a result in the term, CIC was always evaluated and classified by the SBV to fulfill their tasks or more; Continuing to be classified by the SBV in accordance with the regulations on service quality accreditation and evaluation of the operational efficiency of the State Bank, the Governor of the SBV awarded certificates of merit due to outstanding achievements in performing the task. The CIC Party Committee basically completed 7/7 goals on the implementation of political tasks set out at the Resolution of the Party Congress for the term 2020-2025. CIC has completed the model of recurrent autonomy and investment in accordance with the Government's regulations, meeting the requirements of innovation in the digital era. The national credit information database is expanded, reaching more than 57 million borrowers, an average growth of about 5% in the period of 2020-2025.
By the end of 2024, credit information coverage reached about 73.9% of the adult population, exceeding the term target. CIC has promptly provided synthesized reports and analysis of the credit situation, bad debts in the whole system... The implementation of digital transformation projects, application of new technologies such as machine learning, electronic authentication (eKYC), data encryption, automatic reporting system... has helped improve the quality and efficiency of service for credit institutions and borrowers.
From 2020 to 2022, CIC has reduced the cost of exploiting TTTD services for TCTDs by over VND655 billion.
The Party Committee has successfully organized the 15/15 Congress of its subordinate Party cells, focusing on training and admitting new Party members, gradually improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization at the grassroots level.
According to Mr. Cao Van Binh - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of CIC Management Board, in order to achieve the above results, the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, CIC collective always has solidarity, unity, maintain the principle of democratic centralism, promote the strength of the collective to lead and direct promptly and close to the implementation situation of CIC in each time.
The Party Committee and the Center enter a new term with breakthrough goals
Entering the 2025-2030 term, CIC is determined to continue to face many challenges due to global economic fluctuations, increasingly serious consequences of epidemics and climate change.
In order to successfully organize the new Party Congress according to Directive No. 35CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, Plan 01-KH/DUNHNN dated March 28, 2025 of the State Bank Party Committee, CIC has launched an emulation movement to achieve achievements to celebrate the Congress, associated with completing the excess of professional targets, ensuring service quality, innovation in each field of work.
The affiliated cell congress has been completed, ensuring the Party's rules and regulations. The new term delegates are selected with a reasonable structure, quality, capacity and reputation to lead. With the theme of "Innovation - Creativity - Developing a modern and sustainable credit information system in the digital age", the CIC Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term will be held in the coming time, with the goal of comprehensive evaluation of the results of the last term, and discussing and approving the direction and guidelines for the next term. In particular, focusing on a number of key orientations: maintaining the leadership of the Party Committee in the implementation of the task, developing modern and sustainable credit information systems, towards the core automation, expanding data connections with the entities inside and outside the industry, effectively implementing Circular 15/2023/TT-NHNN, completing the credit information system and ensuring that the credit information has been fully collected from 100% of the credit information. Use and strive to reach 80-90% of the population mature, diversify products, improve service quality, develop intensive analysis reports for the SBV and credit institutions, and strive to grow service every 10%, reaching an average of 100 million credit reports/year.
