On July 22, Area Management Working Group No. 9 of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation had a working program on personnel work and activities of the Thoi Hoa Ward Labor Union, Ho Chi Minh City.
At the meeting, representatives of the Thoi Hoa Ward Trade Union reported on the situation of the organization of the apparatus, personnel work, and facilities of the Ward Trade Union. At the same time, they raised difficulties and problems; Proposing and recommending important issues to help improve the operation of the Ward Trade Union in the coming time.
The working group recorded, guided and oriented a number of key contents on issues related to the mechanism for management and use of union seals and financial accounts. Orient the work of establishing grassroots trade unions and developing union members. In addition, guiding the coordination with unions to mobilize, propagate and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers and laborers.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Tan Dat - Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation acknowledged and thanked the attention and close coordination of the Party Committee and the Fatherland Front of Thoi Hoa Ward for the trade union activities.
Mr. Nguyen Tan Dat emphasized the role and position of the Trade Union organization in the new period; Oriented a number of key contents to meet the requirements and tasks of the Trade Union organization in the current situation.

According to records, Thoi Hoa ward is the only ward in Ho Chi Minh City to be kept intact after the arrangement. The ward has a total area of over 3,793 hectares and 83,221 people.
Notably, this is a ward with many large industrial parks such as: My Phuoc 2, My Phuoc 3, My Phuoc 4. The ward has many foreign enterprises investing in building factories and attracting a large number of workers to work.
It is known that on the same day, Area Management Working Group No. 9 of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation also had a working program with the Chanh Phu Hoa Ward Labor Union (Ho Chi Minh City).
