The first job transaction session of March attracted 8 participating businesses with hundreds of recruitment targets, focusing on the production - garment and some other technical and service industries. In the morning, more than 700 workers participated in learning information, submitting applications and directly exchanging with businesses.
The parallel organization of two forms (live and livestream) has contributed to expanding the scope of access, improving the effectiveness of labor supply and demand connection, especially for workers who do not have the conditions to participate directly at the center. Many candidates have received applications from businesses, interview appointments and initially achieved preliminary selection results immediately after the session.
According to the Employment Service Center, the March 2nd job transaction session continued to affirm the core role of the Center in acting as a reliable bridge between businesses and workers, contributing to stabilizing the labor market, promoting job creation and ensuring social security in the city.
