On October 5, the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation informed that the unit coordinated with the Provincial Social Insurance to organize a conference to disseminate and discuss the Law on Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance for grassroots union officials, union members, and employees of the Provincial Transport Industry Union.
At the conference, nearly 100 grassroots union officials and workers (belonging to the Transport Industry Union) were informed and disseminated on a number of important topics by Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly - Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation, Provincial Party Committee Reporter and Provincial Social Insurance Reporter.
The propaganda content includes: The legitimate rights and interests of employees and employers as stipulated in the 2019 Labor Code; the collection, issuance of books and cards of all types of insurance for businesses.
In particular, there are new points in the Social Insurance Law 2024 that was just passed by the 7th session of the 15th National Assembly.
Also here, representatives of grassroots trade unions of enterprises and workers raised difficulties encountered in practice when participating in and enjoying insurance policies of various types.
The questions of the delegates were answered and given specific and in-depth instructions by representatives of relevant units and representatives of Dak Lak Provincial Social Insurance.
Through the conference, workers understood the meaning, importance and benefits of participating in Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance.
