On December 20, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) announced that the Trade Union of the Trade Union Work Committee had organized the 1st Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The Congress evaluated the results of the activities of the Trade Union of the Trade Union Work Committee since its establishment, and at the same time determined the direction and tasks in the new term with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development".
At the Congress, delegates elected 3 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Trade Union Work Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term. Ms. Phan Thi Trang - Vice President of Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor was elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Trade Union of the Trade Union Work Committee.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong - Permanent Vice President of Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor acknowledged and commended the initial results of the Trade Union of the Trade Union Work Committee. At the same time, he emphasized the exemplary role of the trade union cadres, maintaining discipline, innovating methods of operation and enhancing the spirit of solidarity and cohesion among union members and workers; thereby building an increasingly strong trade union organization, truly a common home of union members.
On this occasion, the Trade Union of the Trade Union Working Committee also organized a summary of the 28th peak emulation period to deploy activities to celebrate and serve the 20th Nghe An Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
