On July 26, the Trade Union of Virtue King Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Song Than 2 Industrial Park, Tan Long Quarter, Di An Ward) organized a "Union Meal" program for about 2,000 workers.
Attending the program were Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Ms. Do Hong Van - Deputy Head of the Labor Relations Department; Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan - Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation.
The "Union Meal" program was attended by 2,000 workers, along with the Company's Grassroots Union Executive Committee (CDCS) and leaders of Virtue King Vietnam Co., Ltd.
Today's Union meal has salty dishes including fried ribs, fried chicken thighs, roast pork, salted egg shrimp, stir-fried, soup, soft drinks, yogurt. Each portion is worth 60,000 VND.
The meal took place in an open and friendly atmosphere between union members, union officials and employers.
Ms. Thai Thu Xuong discussed and grasped the lives of workers and ate a warm "Union Meal" with union members, workers and leaders of Virtue King Vietnam Co., Ltd.
Speaking at the program, the Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor said that the program is not simply a shift meal, but also the concern of the Trade Union organization for workers. In addition, there is also the sincere sentiment of the enterprise to send to the workers.

Continue negotiating recommendations to increase the quality of shift meals
After the "Union Meal" program, the Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor continued to have a working program with the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union.
At the working program, Ms. Thai Thu Xuong praised the results of the Company's Trade Union in caring for the lives and protecting the rights of employees at the enterprise. Ms. Thai Thu Xuong suggested that the Trade Union negotiate and recommend to businesses to continue improving the quality of shift meals for workers.
In addition, the Trade Union continues to coordinate with enterprises to widely implement emulation movements for good labor. Propose that the company have timely reward and encouragement policies for employees with initiatives to contribute to the company. Thereby, arousing the creative working spirit among union members.
