Speaking at the event, Chairman of Binh Dinh Labor Federation Ha Duy Trung said: “The Tet Sum Vay program has been maintained regularly for many years with profound humanistic meaning, demonstrating the thoughtful and practical care of the trade union organization for workers, especially workers in difficult circumstances working at enterprises. The program brings to each union member and worker in the province a truly warm, reunited and connected Tet.”
On the occasion of Tet At Ty, Binh Dinh Labor Federation organized visits and presented 8,500 gifts with a total amount of about 7 billion VND to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, people with serious illnesses, occupational diseases, and people with serious work accidents.
The Provincial Federation of Labor also supported 780 million VND to help build and repair 14 Union Shelters for union members and workers with housing difficulties in Quy Nhon city, Hoai Nhon town, Hoai An, Vinh Thanh, An Lao, Tay Son districts and union members of the provincial education sector.
Within the framework of the 2025 Online Trade Union Tet Market Program of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, trade union members in Binh Dinh were supported with 2,570 vouchers (VND 500,000/voucher) for individuals with outstanding achievements in labor, production and trade union activities...

At the event, leaders of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Dinh Province and the Binh Dinh Labor Federation presented Tet gifts to 200 union members and workers. In addition to 700,000 VND in cash, each person also received a gift bag worth 300,000 VND. In 2024, Binh Dinh trade unions at all levels mobilized and built a Trade Union Shelter Fund with an amount of nearly 1.5 billion VND; supported 605 million VND to build and repair 14 Trade Union Shelters.
