In particular, in the center of Y Ty commune, snow and ice covered the mountains, forests, fields and Ha Nhi villages in the early morning of January 13.
Previously, information from the People's Committee of Y Ty commune, at around 3:00 p.m. on January 11, on the top of Lao Than mountain, ice and snow appeared, covering the mountains, forests, and trees when the temperature dropped to -3 degrees Celsius.
According to the leader of the People's Committee of Y Ty commune, the locality has requested villages and hamlets to inform people to proactively keep warm, especially the elderly and children; at the same time, cover barns and store food for livestock and poultry.
