On January 13, the Government Office announced that Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 79/QD-TTg approving the election results for the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Bui Duc Hinh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
At the 24th Session (special session) of the 17th term, 2021-2026 term of the People's Council of Hoa Binh province, Mr. Bui Duc Hinh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee - was elected by the Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province with 100% of the votes.
Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, born on September 13, 1968, Muong ethnic group; hometown: Kim Lap commune, Kim Boi district, Hoa Binh province. Professional qualifications: National Economics University; University of Economics; Master of Public Administration; Senior political theory.
He held the positions of Deputy Chief of Office of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province (from August 2005 - September 2010).
He then held the positions of Secretary of Cao Phong District Party Committee (from November 2013 to April 2015); Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment (from May 2015 to October 2015); Director of the Department of Planning and Investment (from November 2015 to September 2019).
Mr. Bui Duc Hinh held the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province (from October 2019 to September 2020); Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee (from October 2020 to November 10, 2020).
From November 11, 2020 to January 7, 2025, Mr. Bui Duc Hinh held the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hoa Binh province.
On January 12, 2025, the Prime Minister also signed Decision No. 78/QD-TTg approving the results of the dismissal of Mr. Bui Van Khanh from the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province for the 2021-2026 term.
