On November 3, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee coordinated with the Quang Yen Ward Party Committee to organize a conference to investigate public opinion on the results of implementing the fields of socio-economics, Party building, Party rectification, and the political system in 2025; the implementation of two-level local government.
The activity is implemented according to Official Dispatch No. 86-CV/BTGDVTU dated October 28, 2025 of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee on the investigation of public opinion related to the results of socio-economic development, the work of Party building and rectification and the implementation of the two-level local government model.
The conference was attended by representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; representatives of the Party Committee and People's Council of Quang Yen Ward; along with leaders of Party building committees, Party cell secretaries, heads of the Front work committees of neighborhoods 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, representatives of retired cadres, Farmers' Associations and Ward Trade Unions.
According to the plan, the investigation will be conducted in two forms: online survey from October 31 to November 5, 2025 and direct survey on the morning of November 3 at the hall of the Party Committee and the Fatherland Front of the ward.
The participants include cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers from Party, government, Fatherland Front agencies and ward organizations.
At the conference, delegates discussed and gave comments on the effectiveness of implementing the two-level local government model; management at the grassroots level; issues of people's livelihood, welfare, working environment, infrastructure and social security directly related to the people.
The survey of public opinion aims to record objective opinions from the grassroots, especially the team of grassroots cadres, workers and people, as a basis for the Party Committee and government to continue to improve leadership methods, improve management efficiency and efficiency, and better serve the people.
