Like Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tu - Production Team Leader at TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company, every year there are many innovations to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and benefit businesses. Notably, Mr. Tu has improvements in the cutting stage of a product code - helping the company save 21, 231USD/month. Before improvements, this stage arose the problem of skewed cutting and wasting time on product repair. However, Mr. Tu researched replacing other cutting knife studs with 1.5mm studs and has helped reduce 6 employees and save hole drilling cutting boards. Mr. Tu also has "knife joining" improvements that help cut 8 details at once (before improving the design of single knives), saving time, saving materials, totaling savings of 87,790USD/month.
